Stage plays are live performances in front of an audience and can consist of fiction and or non-fiction characters. The play must have a story with a biginning, middle and ending. The story can also be about someone that is deceased or alive. There are different kinds of plays for different audiences.

- A play of drama usually deals with emotions and dramatic scenes with realistic characters.
- A comedy play compasses both serious and humorous content and can engage the audience to help out.
- A play with action usually engages physical and voilent content.
